Then along came a law change which opened up this exciting new legal profession. This diploma meets the requirements set by the 91视频 Society of Conveyancers and it enables graduates to specialise in the legal field involved in the transfer of residential and commercial property. The course provides an understanding of the laws and systems governing property, land, finance, commerce and contracts.聽

Entry requirements
Domestic students under 20 and all international students must have:
NCEA Level 2 with passes in English/Te Reo M膩ori or education achievement at least equivalent to NCEA Level 2 and a minimum of 42 credits at level 3; or Evidence of ability to complete academic requirements for the course.
For domestic and international applicants for whom English is not their first language, evidence of language competency may be required.聽 Special admission:Applicants wishing to enrol into the Diploma of Conveyancing (Level 6) may be given special admission if they can provide evidence that they are capable of achieving the course outcomes.聽 If you don't meet the entry requirements, Toi Ohomai offers foundation and bridging programmes - take a look at our 91视频 Certificate in Study and Employment Pathways (Level 4).
