About the course
Our Cookery course is all about practical hands-on skills. It is fees-free and you can start anytime.
Work towards your NCEA L2 as you get an introduction into the cooking industry and learn a range of cooking methods and practices including beverage preparation and table service.
You鈥檒l also gain independent living skills including planning and budgeting for meals, ideal for flatting situations.
You will learn:
