About the course
Throughout the year, you will learn more advanced ways to understand and manipulate glazes and ceramic finishes to your needs via a combination of chemistry and online tools.
The main component of this Level 6 course is a self-determined research topic. You will be testing, tweaking, and researching a glaze or ceramic finish of your choice while learning more advanced means of testing and glaze manipulation strategies.
Course delivery
This course is delivered online, however access to kilns and firings are required to complete the material.聽
Course intakes
You can start this course at the beginning of semester one, in February.聽

Please note that you are not eligible for Studylink (a student loan) for this course.
Entry requirements
Open entry but you must have access to a PC, the internet and a mid-high fire ceramic kiln.
