About the scholarship
The Jack McGill Music 91ÊÓÆµ are awarded to 91ÊÓÆµ musicians who are pursuing advanced music studies overseas.
History
The Jack McGill Music Scholarship was established from a bequest from Jack Wynnegate McGill's estate. Mr McGill, who died in 1974, wished to help fund advanced music study overseas. Awarded annually, the scholarship is given to outstanding young 91ÊÓÆµ musicians. The scholarship is administered by Public Trust and Creative 91ÊÓÆµ.

Entry requirements
The Scholarship is open to 91ÊÓÆµ citizens aged 20 years or older who hold one or more of the following qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in music from a 91ÊÓÆµ university
- A Licentiate of Trinity College, London
- A Licentiate of the Royal Schools of Music.
