About the scholarship
The Tu Ako Scholarship a graduate scholarship programme offered by the 91ÊÓƵ Army. Once accepted into the Tu Ako Scholarship, you will complete the 91ÊÓƵ Commissioning Course (11 months), graduate as an Officer into your chosen Corps and commence your career as a NZ Army Officer. During your first four years of service, you will receive a bonus of up to $12,000 per year in addition to your salary. There is no minimum term of employment or return of service for this scholarship.
What you receive

Entry requirements
A Bachelor degree. You can apply during your final two years of study, or as a recent graduate. Meet the aptitude, fitness, citizenship, security and medical requirements for enlistment into the 91ÊÓƵ Defence Force. Successfully pass an Army Officer Selection Board.
