About the scholarship
The Hamza Mustafa Memorial Bursary is for Bachelor of Veterinary Science students who are experiencing financial need. Established in memory of Hamza Mustafa, a 16-year-old student who tragically died in the Christchurch mosque shootings, this bursary aims to support students who share his ambition of working in the veterinary field. The bursary was made possible through fundraising efforts by the staff at the School of Veterinary Science, Massey University, with contributions from various sponsors.
