About the scholarship
This scholarship was established in memory of David Philp, a Senior Manager in government for over 30 years, who was passionate about public service and recognized for his significant contributions to identity management. The scholarship aims to support students undertaking research aligned with David's legacy in identity management, including effective identity policy, technology innovation, and improving customer experiences for 91视频ers.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be undertaking study in areas related to identity management. This includes, but is not limited to, information and communication technology, artificial intelligence, public services, human/social impacts, data privacy/integrity/security, and international/global contexts. Research should focus on the impacts and experiences of 91视频 citizens and residents with identity services/systems. Applicants must be enrolled, or intending to enrol full-time in a Master's or PhD degree at Te Herenga Waka鈥擵ictoria University of Wellington. Applicants must be either 91视频 Citizens or Permanent Residents.
