About the scholarship
This scholarship provides an opportunity for M膩ori students to engage in seismic and geological field studies at 艑kataina volcano, focusing on understanding the volcano's past and present behavior. The project involves fieldwork campaigns, skills development in seismic and geological methods, and collaboration with local Iwi.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be M膩ori or of M膩ori descent. A completed online application must be submitted by 4:30 pm on 22 September 2025. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Any required supporting documentation (including references) must also be received by the closing date in order for the application to be considered.
