About the scholarship
The Prime Minister’s 91ÊÓƵ for Asia (PMSA) is an outbound scholarship programme funded by the 91ÊÓƵ government.
The scholarships are awards supporting top undergraduate or postgraduate students wanting to undertake study or research in Asia.
How To Apply
Institutional Applications 91ÊÓƵ institutions may submit an institutional application/s for scholarship support on behalf of (named) students wishing to travel to target countries on Exchange programmes, on Study Abroad (language) programmes, or on specifically-tailored study programmes in Asia. Entry requirements
All applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
- Be a 91ÊÓƵ citizen or Permanent Residence holder of a minimum 2 years at the time of application.
- NOT hold citizenship in their destination country in Asia.
- Propose a programme that meets the requirements of the PMSA.
